The Freestyle Fitness Zone Pedometer is a digital pedometer that accurately counts steps and is able to calculate distance in miles, yards, and kilometers. HJ-105 is so easy, I know, I attached to my belt. Unlike some of which weigh a ton, or are strong (they are 'on' as you walk) This is quiet and that's all. It took me a bit 'to get the settings for my transfer, but once I figure, the programming was easy.
One of the features I liked, was held a week recorded in the value of the data after setting the clock ticks midnight, and the current day, all the data, as in the past data stored in the oldData seventh day to get thrown. So you may want to review progress and write things after each use (if you're like me and see).
