I’m on my second Walk4Life pedometer. My first one lasted five years with every day use. It keeps track of miles, kcal, current time, actual walk time and steps. It fits nicely on the belt and is easy to check while walking. Some pedometers only keep track of aerobic miles. I use this to keep track walk distance for my heart. I have to start out slow and pause a couple of times but I still
want to know the total distance walked. This pedometer does the job.
